- Tree will ship by DHL EXPRESS, Estimate arrive to United States takes 5 - 7 days & Outside US 5-10 days delivery.

- Please include phone number and email address for DHL info. Customers must be contactable as they require a signature at the time of delivery.

- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that these items are not banned in your country

- Please note that some countries require Import Permits or other documents. It is the customer's obligation to provide the necessary Import Permits.

- If the tree die when they arrive within a maximum delivery duration of 7 days (calculated from the date of delivery), then the options you can choose are replacement sent with the tree on the next order or Refund a maximum of 60% of the order value plus tax. Pictures or videos of tree conditions must be sent as proof, within 24 hours after the plants arrive.
